Humanitarian Aid Operation to Gaza – End-to-End Logistics

Plascow Logistics Ltd, in collaboration with Rotem Logistics Ltd, continues to lead complex humanitarian logistics operations to support relief efforts for the civilian population in Gaza. In our latest project, we coordinated two full air charters on behalf of our client, Samaritan's Purse, utilizing two privately owned aircrafts – a Boeing 757 and a Boeing 767 – delivering over 60 tons of ready-to-use supplemental food.

This highly coordinated mission included:
Precise scheduling and ground handling of both aircrafts during a narrow landing window at Ben Gurion Airport
On-ground collaboration with our partners at Maman Cargo Terminals
Disassembly and reloading of ULDs within a strict two-hour turnaround to meet departure timelines
Regulatory handling, including import approvals to ensure seamless customs clearance
Customs processing with a focus on speed and compliance
Final-mile delivery to a logistics warehouse for repackaging and labeling, enabling efficient distribution to those in need
