On 2010, Plascow Logistics Ltd handled a special cargo of 2 “baby” hippos. The hippos were sent by the Safari in Ramat Gan to the Zoo in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Plascow Logistics Ltd managed this operation with special care, including building the special metal crating, inland trucking to airport , and the airfreight to Almaty. The whole operation was managed by Yehuda Ben Ami and Shai Rotbard, including personal escort and keeping the skin of the hippos showered.
